As soon as he arrived, Jason got down on his knees, emptied the water from the meter box and immediately diagnosed the problem as a blown gasket on the water meter flange that connected to the house. It was an easy repair and told me to call City of Columbia and ask them to effect the repair. An hour later, City of Columbia came to my house and repaired the leak at no cost to me.The day before a contractor (who didn't do what Jason did) quoted me a price of $4,200 to run a new line from the meter to the home. So, Jason's wisdom and expertise saved me from a costly mistaken repair, provided great advice on how to effect the repair, and charged me a reduced service call fee.All I can say is WOW!
