Jeff Branham did my termite inspection and he went above and beyond my expectations. He explained everything in terms I could understand, took his time with me, was professional, and gave excellent advice. He set a rodent trap for free and even showed me pictures of my water heaters on top of the termite treatment. The cost seemed very reasonable for the quality of service. Jeff did a 1 year termite bond inspection, and then came back to update the maintenance of my home's enclosed crawl space with dehumidifier unit and add a needed compressor. He was very attentive to detail, and he did a great job. I had switched my termite bond after many years with another company that was bought out. Jeff's excellent follow up service convinced me that I made the right decision 1 year ago, and I am very happy with Jeff's service and with Dodson Pest Control.
