I am so thankful that I contacted Dodson Pest Control with my concerns. From the start of the phone call, the individual that listened to my concerns and coordinated my services was awesome. She assured me that she would get someone out to see my home and get it taken care of. The very next day, during the time scheduled, Mr Jeff showed up on time and on his own will removed his shoes before entering my home (I didn't require that he was just that respectful of my home). Jeff inspected my home, was very thorough about what he was going to do and why he was doing what he was doing, and he provided me with information about everything that I needed to know about the issue...read full review

I had the pleasure of speaking with Jeff this morning who came to my home and discussed treatment options and did a walk around inspection. Jeff was very good at explaining things where anyone could understand. I've used Dodson in the past and will say they are a very fine outfit with exceptional service.
