This facility was spotless. Everything was cleaned and organized. They were so gentle with my senior dog. You can really tell that they care about the animals they work with. And on top of that the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be taking my dog back for all of the services.
Yesterday my 4-legged 17 year old brother, Shilo, was being groomed and quit breathing. Heather, the owner of Pampered Pooch called my mom and asked if she could perform CPR on Shilo, and could she take him to the vet. My mom takes care of my father who has Parkinson’s and dementia, and was frantically trying to get out of a doctor’s appointment. When Heather made it to Shilo’s vet’s office he was turned away! 😡 Heather then called my mom and rushed Shilo to an emergency vet all the way in Dentsville. Just moved from Ohio to Columbia and needed a new groomer for our Bella. She’s a labradoodle and finding a good groomer can be a challenge. We saw the reviews and they were spot on! The staff at Fritz was so nice and caring for our baby. The groomer took their time talking to us about how we liked Bella, and they did a fantastic job! Seeing how much love Bella gave the staff when we picked her up shows how much they care about the pups in their care. She even got another bandana to add to her collection. Highly recommend them for any doodle parent!!
