Excellent service except for when I was informed that they didn't have a restroom making customers wait for 90 plus minutes you are bound to have a few requests for the bathroom

Hello, upon arriving during my recent visit I had an appt with Victoria who greeted me warmly yet professionally. She was polite, prepared, efficient and thorough ! I greatly appreciated her efforts to assist me in a timely manner.
