Our experience with Madison was beyond what we could have ever imagined!! We received weekly updates of what was completed that week and what would happen the next week. No matter the concern or issue, they were always available. We are forever grateful for Mr. Billy, Mr. Greg, Ms. Angie, and Ms. Angelina!! We love our NEW HOME!! (Vincent Model)
I would give them 10 stars if I could! We just closed on our home with Madison last Friday after working with them since January of this year. We met with Billy in the Columbia office, he took the time to explain all of our options and the process on how Madison handles their builds. We were never rushed or pushed one way or another to make decisions. When we got to the point that we needed to start making selections for the interior and exterior of our home, we had plenty of options to chose from (a blessing and a curse!) and Billy was able to guide us an answer any questions we had.
