I gave them a call when my unit was short cycling and I ran out of troubleshooting knowledge. They were there in under an hour and worked with me figure out that a new unit was in order. So long to my 16 yr old girl. She did me well. Thank you Mack Heating & Cooling for coming out so quickly to diagnose.
My crawl space dehumidifier stopped working, and Mack Heating & Cooling was the preferred company to work on our Aprilaire unit.
I called around 8:30 a.m., and they had a technician at my house at 10:30 a.m. the same day to diagnose the issue. They had the unit repaired by noon that day.
I can't thank Mack Heating & Cooling enough for exceptional service. It definitely made my day and alleviated our worries with humidity building up in our crawl space.
We definitely will use their services again in the future!
Calum came out to my parents house. There heat was out for the count. Calum went above and beyond what was needed. Couldn't have told you how happy I was when someone cares that arrives at the house to fix the heat. The parts that where needed where no longer available. This guy drove 1 hr each way to go and get the part necessary to be able to complete the job. Well done. This is the place to go when you need service done. They get it done right and fast!
