    AC went out today and Lynn was able to come the same day and fixed it. I've using Lynn Heating and Air for over sixteen years, they are always reliable and honest. Great family own company. Thank you.

    Dont get lynn heating and air to do your service call or maitance cause when they get your money they dont put it in the bank for business, they will take that money and put it towards personal. I should know if any customers knows my husband Will Self and loves him and his work ethic he does not work for them due to they fired him. They are accusing him of stealing, which hes been there a year and never stole.. They will not pay you on time due to theres no money in the bank to pay employees.. They are under a pending lawsuit from a former employee and us. So whatever you do please call somebody else. They will take your money and run with it. They are nothing but scam artist and loves to embezzled money.

    I recommended this company for years however just found that while they were installing my new duct work a few years ago that they cut into the support structures of my house when the duct work could just have easily worked around the joists. LAZY and IRRESPONSIBLE and cost me $1800 to fix. DO NOT USE!

    I wish I could offer a better review considering that I have exclusively used Lynn's for 20+ years for both personal and rental property. In this case I had Lynn service my central air in which they fixed promptly but died two weeks later. I recognized that the unit had some age and called for a quote on a new replacement. I was quoted an off brand at a top shelf price. I called and emailed Lynn's and indicated that I wanted to give them my business but preferred a recognized brand with more favorable ratings and asked that they prepare another quote. In this instance they failed to respond to the email or voicemail without even the courtesy of receipt. I called today and indicated my disappointment that they didn't respond even after I told them that they were my first choice due to our past encounters. They acknowledged that they had read my email and received my voice mail but were very busy. In the mean time, my guest have been enduring July outside temperatures inside the house. I called another vendor, promptly received a quote and have scheduled installation this week. I'm glad that business is so good that they are able to ignore a request for a new sale to an existing long term customer, quite perplexed that they do not have the curtesy to inform me that they are too busy to accept a new job thus saving me a couple of days before shopping for another vendor.

    Respond promptly and are reasonably priced. I have used them for several years and will continue to do so, as well as recommend them to my friends and neighbors!
