Great company! We are moving and the buyers had a company come inspect the 3.5 yr old HVAC system as well as several other areas in the home. We have two 20 SEER AC units and an 18 SEER heat pump. We have the majority of the duct work within a very small encapsulated crawl space. The inspecting company found several minor issues and would have charged $4,200 to repair, however, based on my pineapple warranty the owner sent two awesome gentlemen to do the repairs (I think one of their names was Sam.. not sure), and they were very professional, knowledgeable, hard working, and most importantly, committed to resolving all the issues. I have been using Hospitality in York County for almost 4 years in 2 different houses. Every technician has been top quality both in diagnosis, handling of the homeowners warranty (when I had AHS), working with AHS to correct equipment when it was sent wrong, honoring all warranties, guarantees, and quotes, providing sound and excellent recommendations depending on the situation, and always professional. I want to say THANK YOU! I needed help with my A/C & my husband & I decided that we needed a different company from the one we originally had used for the last 7 & 1/2 years. Well I am REALLY GLAD we called your Company. We found out that we had a whole in our duct work in our attic & that our upstairs thermostat wasn't working at all.
