Typically I use the great clips in Redbank and I’ve never had a bad experience with that location. This location in west Columbia was on my way home today so I stopped in and got my hair cut…needless to say if I would have given a review right after I left I would have given a one star review because the first cut I got was absolutely awful and was nothing like what I asked for!!! I called in after I got home and talked to Greg and he told me if I came back he would fix it for me!!! I am absolutely in love with my hair after he fixed it!!! He did an absolutely amazing job and even took the time to style it for me after he cut it!!! I will be back to this location... read full review

I just want to take a moment to shine a light on a PHENOMENAL hair dresser, who literally gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had! Toquinna is literally my new go-to stylist! It had been about 2 years since my last cut, or even trim. And when I sat down I was a bit nervous, having bad haircuts in the past from other stylists. She made me feel so comfortable, welcomed, understood, and she was just over all so sweet & her vibe is so immaculate, especially for someone like me that was genuinely nervous to get my hair cut! Thank you Denise for making my week! I haven't been to a Great Clips in forever and usually frequent Ulta and other local salons. Went in on a whim today and I'm glad I did. I love my haircut! I will definitely be back.For customer reference: I have z/s curly, medium thick hair and it was super long. She knew exactly what to do and I have the cutest, little long layered bob. Busy, former high maintenance Mom approved! ?????
