Delivery Issue. Cabinets were 2 days late being delivered. Once they finally arrived, there was a misunderstanding as to the time the delivery would be at my house. My contractor ran out for an early lunch in order to be here when I thought the cabinets were to be delivered. Of course, the delivery driver arrived while he was gone. Driver called me & I told him I would call him right back after checking with my contractor. Before I could even call my contractor, the delivery driver called me back to tell me he opened my front door because it was unlocked and went inside to see if anyone was there... he entered me house without my permission!! I was shocked... I have never had a delivery person even try to open the door, much less go in! I did tell him to go ahead and put the boxes in the hallway since he had already gone in the house without permission. CAUTION: The delivery person may enter your house unauthorized.“

Their prices were incredibly reasonable for our Reno for the time and effort and quality work. They came out better than I expected!
