I dealt with the sales associate Gary Johnson. He was extremely helpful and great to deal with. When I told him the size I was looking for, he showed me a number of sheds in that size. He did not try to 'upsell' me but recommended sheds that had been on a lot for a lengthy time (can't remember exact length, but i believe it was 6 months) since those sheds were subject to a 20% discount. So, if I got a custom shed outfitted as the one I purchased, it would have been 20% more! Also, when I told him I was interested in one but didn't have the down payment to hold it on me, he said he would not show it and held it for me. He didn't have to do that. Subsequently, I went to 3 other shed companies (2 in Sumter and one in Eastover or Gadsden), and their sheds that were comparable to the one I wanted was significantly more money. And the quality of the shed was top-notch. So all in all it was a fantastic experience and Mr. Johnson was an excellent salesperson. I would highly recommend this company.

Beware of their delivery setup. They contract it out and do NOT stand behind the service they provide for delivery.

I stopped by their lot and took a long walk through several sheds. I was so impressed with the quality of workmanship not to mention the overall design. For example the doors latch with zero play. Perfectly adjusted high quality hardware. The prices seem fair too. I will be going back to shop some more and probably buy one of these sheds. Wish I had shopped there before buying another shed. I have one of these barns and I love it, best thing I could have done. Mine came from Lexington, same people,it was no hassle or pressure to buy at all, the people were very nice. If ever need another one will go back to same people.

This man was rude, and literally told us "if you don't want to buy a building from us, go buy one somewhere else".We spoke to Gary Johnson at this location and went to the Lexington location to see their repos. We decided what we wanted and came back today to purchase. I called the owner, Doug Brooks, on his cell phone and received no answer. We went up there and dealt with Terry Floyd today. I asked about delivery time and specifics and he said they have a separate delivery company handle their deliveries. He told us they will call you when yours is up and if you say I can't do today, it is pushed back down the wait. I asked did he mean they call the day of and say we are coming today and that this didn't seem like putting the customer first. He said he was pretty sure and that the company is not affiliated with them and he doesn't make the rules. He handed us a card and said you can call them. We did. They were closed. He said "yea they don't work the weekend". How is this customer service? I said "we are spending thousands of dollars for your product, I've had many different things delivered to my house and we always, always have a specific day chosen and at least a time frame, if not an actual appointment time, this is just ridiculous and the fact that you keep separating the delivering company from your company is redundant and not high quality customer service." This is when he said "well if you don't want to buy a building from us, go buy one somewhere else".
