Since switching to this agency for PCA and respite services, our experience has been very positive. My son is extremely active and can be a lot to manage, so having consistent, dependable care has made a big difference for our family. April Washington has done a great job working with him and meeting his needs with patience and consistency.
One thing I really appreciate about this agency is that they allow families to work with familiar and trusted caregivers while still maintaining regular check-ins and oversight. Even with that flexibility, communication has been clear, expectations are set, and we never feel like we’re on our own once services are in place.
Scheduling has been flexible, the agency has been easy to work with, and the ongoing check-ins give us confidence that everything is being handled professionally. Overall, this agency has been supportive, reliable, and genuinely helpful, and I’m very glad we made the switch. I would highly recommend them to other families looking for quality PCA or respite services.

Words cannot say enough about our caregiver and extraordinary young lady our named Miss.Trezonna . She is so structured and sharp. This young lady exceeds our expectations. She has a heart and gold. No matter if my son is having a bad day (melt down) or a good day She is passionate about his needs. I thank the Lord for her everyday. It is hard to find genuine caregivers who are not just about a check. She deserves a raise not just because she is my caregiver and that Attentative Angel's has given her the opportunity to show her passion for our special needs community and my son .
