The INCompliance team is top notch. Garrett is extremely communicative and kept in the loop through the entire process. They worked efficiently and made our cove usable again. When done, they effectively cleaned up the yards, making it look like they were never there. I'm also grateful to Garrett, who stuck this out for four years. I had major problems with the drainage mechanism and the emergency spillway of my dam across a one acre pond in Buncombe County, NC.in February 2022. Garrett Edens and his team made professional recommendations, and carried out the plan carefully. He monitored the work, and was a hands-on person. He was quick to respond to questions, by text when necessary. I know that I can rely on him if I have future problems with my lake!

In Compliance repaired our pond dam that suffered storm water damage these last couple of years of crazy weather in WNC. They improved our drain pipe system to handle flash floods (seem more common these days) plus rebuilt and bolstered our emergency overflow. Super responsive, thorough descriptions of the planned repairs, and timely work completed. These guys are excellent!
