My home owners insurance notified me they were dumping me as a client unless I replaced my roof. A friend recommended Grier and I asked them to come out and do an inspection. They walked my whole roof, measuring it, informed me it definitely didn't need replacing and explained why the insurance company didn't want to cover it, and wrote a letter on official letterhead to the insurance for me. I honestly expected any roofing company to agree with the insurance company and jump on an opportunity to tell me I needed a new roof. We've had Grier Roofing replace our roof twice in the past year or so (thanks Helene) and it was a pleasant experience both times. Due to their busyness, you do have to be flexible and be prepared to not know the exact day they will come out until a few days before. Still, they did a great job and were very efficient both times. We found a few stray nails in the yard afterwards, but they did a great job cleaning up after themselves overall. Would recommend.
