Tested positive for COVID. While my personal physician wasn’t available, another physician immediately conducted a virtual appointment and prescribed Paxlovid. Then, my pharmacy had technical issues and didn’t get the prescription so Wendy from PHFM called them directly to ensure they got it. I truly appreciate that level of care and customer service—it’s getting harder and harder to find these days!

Every staff person I encountered during my visit was extremely professional and courteous. I felt all listened to me and responded appropriately. Sherri Crenshaw McMahan, NP, my provider this visit, was totally aware of my previous records. She spent time making sure all my questions were answered, addressed concerns and provided speacialist referrals as indicated. I am totally pleased with this practice and have told others the same.

I had a difficult time passing a kidney stone last week. Stayed 5 days at Oconee hospital and had excellent care. Dr. Fabry came by every day to give me support and encouragement. I difficultly recommend Walhala Family Medicine.
