I've been using Upstate Medical Associates for over a year now. My reason for going to them was because they were where I had to go for a pre employment drug screen. I was new to the area and didn't know anyone else. I am one of the people who are very difficult to draw blood from, and lots of times the tech who is trying to draw my blood gets frustrated and ill. However, the tech at Upstate Medical was quick and skilled, had my blood quickly and easily. All of the staff has proven to be friendly and helpful. I have zero regrets for using Upstate Medical for any and all of my medical needs.
