I bought 2 massages through Groupon for my daughter and son in love's anniversary. Tried to schedule an appointment, and they won't return my calls. It's unprofessional and aggravating because I can't get an appointment nor get my money back.

I'm not sure what happened with other people but I had EXCELLENT experienc. Krystal I'd sometimes difficult to get in touch with but I work for myself BY myself & get same. Complaint sometimes. Anyway I was able to use an expired Grouoon & as we say in the Siugh LORD HAVE MERXY....WONDERFUL MADSAGE head to toe & I prefer the deeper massage & feet to head Iit was amazing. Krystal is definitely a professional! Yes at 1st little difficult to find but once I was there very easy & already booked another massage! DO NOT PURCHASE GROUPON VOUCHER. Like everyone else, I have received no response. Not sure what the scam is, but I have requested a refund through Groupon.
