I bought 2 massages through Groupon for my daughter and son in love's anniversary. Tried to schedule an appointment, and they won't return my calls. It's unprofessional and aggravating because I can't get an appointment nor get my money back.

I'm not sure what happened with other people but I had EXCELLENT experienc. Krystal I'd sometimes difficult to get in touch with but I work for myself BY myself & get same. Complaint sometimes. Anyway I was able to use an expired Grouoon & as we say in the Siugh LORD HAVE MERXY....WONDERFUL MADSAGE head to toe & I prefer the deeper massage & feet to head Iit was amazing. Krystal is definitely a professional! Yes at 1st little difficult to find but once I was there very easy & already booked another massage! I went hone after & took her advice & slept better than I have in awhile. I have been other places paid more & got half the massage. She is the real deal!

DO NOT PURCHASE GROUPON VOUCHER. Like everyone else, I have received no response. Not sure what the scam is, but I have requested a refund through Groupon.

She states she communicates through text. She DOES NOT even do that. After a week of trying to get her to respond she scheduled an appointment a month out. On the day of appointment she CANCELED ON ME. Did NOT communicate with me for another week. She gives me dates and times. I respond to her TEXT 4 minutes later with a date and time SHE sent to me for her to tell me (an hour and a half ) later that time was booked. I do not even want to give her One star. But you HAVE to rate before it will let you post. if you want someone who will communicate with you call Miwa Robbins she is awesome.

I have tried for weeks to reach out to this business to schedule an appointment. A 90 minute massage sounds great--but after seeing the pictures of the location and other reviews I am very glad I wasn't able to book the appointment. I cannot imagine that this business is too booked that a return phone call is too much. It was also hard to actually find any contact information! Groupon should require specific and verifiable contact information before a business can participate!!!

I got pink eye immediately after my massage. I went in with no symptoms, while getting my massage my eye started swelling and itching. It has progressively gotten worse and I had to get medical care to treat it.

I've called numerous times to schedule an appointment with no return call. If the lack of professionalism reflects the quality of the massage given, I'd say "FORGET IT"!!!! Money wasted on a Groupon Voucher for no massage!!
