Crystal is wonderful! She is knowledgeable about bodywork techniques and gives a great massage! She was able to find knots and get those kinks out without causing any pain. I would highly recommend her services!
With the other reviews I understand the frustration. Luckily I didn’t have that problem. Crystal messaged me back quickly to schedule an appointment. They were further out than I anticipated, but it worked out because I just did a 5k this weekend so it was a nice treat rather than have gotten it earlier. Crystal made me feel comfortable the whole time and kept checking in if she heard a pop or felt a knot to make sure I was okay. She spent a good amount of time on my feet which I appreciated too bc the last places I went to I told them my feet were hurting and I’m on them all day and they barely touched them. Overall I had a great experience.
3 stars neutral - mostly because wanted to post the fact that none of these reviews are on Groupon. The page shows that no narrative reviews were posted.. I was about to buy a groupon for this but because I am very picky about massages wanted to see the business to then find these experiences from people BUT a 4.5 rating in groupon.... Y'all post onto groupon.
don't know the issues this person is having personally but maybe she needs to pull the groupon off for now.
