By far the best customer experience I have ever had inside a Walmart store. Alina was very helpful and knowledgeable. Her customer service skills are above and beyond. Very personable and bubbly. I will be bringing my family here for their eyecare needs going forward.
Came here in a panic as I had an accident with my glasses and Alina was able to get me right! It was close to closing time but that didn’t stop her from giving me an exceptional customer experience and making me feel at ease in a stressful moment. She took her time and explained everything she was doing and my glasses came out feeling brand new. Usually people are rushing to leave when it’s time to go but she didn’t make me feel like a bother and she was all smiles the entire time. I will most definitely be returning to this vision center
I drive from Mount Holly to see Dr Amy & Sara. Great customer service and great prescription accuracy. The team in the Vision Center are also great. They are always happy to help and get everything right the first time. :-)
