Love this facility, great doctor, Dr David Nigh is a professional, shows kindness and I trust him completely with my eye care. Dr Nigh has a great staff, very respectful and so kindness also professional. The eye wear side of this practice Visionworks, the technician are great to work with, also professional and kind and just fun to meet and alot of help in picking out the right frame when your getting new glasses. Highly recommend this Visionworks off Wade Hampton right in front of Target, for your vision needs.
Visited this location for our checkup and new glasses. Julianna welcomed us and worked with us on getting our new prescriptions filled. She was friendly and professional; looked up our insurance and worked on options to get us the best deal. Took the time to explain options. We told stories and laughed together like we were friends reuniting after a long absence. It was a pleasurable experience!
I am a new patient, I was very nervous because I don't speak English, but I do understand it, so everyone spoke clearly that I could understand them perfectly, they are very friendly, very helpful and professional, from the receptionist, as well as the assistants and the doctor, as well as the glasses saleswoman, it was simply a wonderful experience.
