I was greeted pleasantly and professionally. The wait was short and the doctors are thorough. He took time to listen and talk and made sure my questions were answered. Mary Beth is amazing and makes sure new glasses are right and best for me. My family now goes here.
The staff was excellent from the moment I walked in. I was greeted and the receptionist gave me an information packet and explained what I needed to fill out. The optometrist assistant did a thorough check prior to Dr. Ommen’s examination. All my questions were answered and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Near the end of the visit all my benefits were explained and I had a breakdown of what was covered which aided my selection in frames and lenses. If you’re looking for an honest practice and that hometown feel this is the place for you!
Triangle Vision is the best eye doctor that Greer could ask for. Not only is the office staff amazing with Outstanding customer service, the ophthalmologist is also excellent with communication and assessment. I’d recommend this place anybody
