Harold was a great and friendly guy and knew what he was talking about. He greeted everyone in the door. And didnt rush anyone. It was very nice and welcoming. He is very important and an asset to the company glad I had the pleasure of having him help me with my glasses. Debra Burke also helped me also. She is the employee that told me about their deal going on. She also came with me and was there to help me out with picking out my frames and everything. Afterwards Harold willingly stepped in and was happy to help me get the the best for my dollar. Fantastic job Debra and Harold are amazing 👏 🤩 🙌
Harold greeted me (and every other person who entered the store) with good will and respect. His calm, matter of fact assurance set me at rest. I was certain he could fill my doctor's prescription with his years of experience, attention to detail and willingness to understand full well what I wanted. I came in the store to buy one pair of glasses and I bought two. Harold made an offer I couldn't refuse.
He's a lovely human being and the very asset Visionworks hopes for every time an employee is hired. Please take care of him so he will be there every single time my family, friends and I need eyeglasses. We all wear them...
