Heidi is incredible! I went to a seamstress in Atlanta to get alterations done on my wedding dress and my biggest ask was to change out the cups from an awful yellow shade to a nude cup that would blend better with the dress and my skin tone. They held the dress for a couple months and didn’t let me know they weren’t comfortable changing the cups until the day I went to pick it up! Cue the last minute scramble. Luckily I was referred to Heidi and made the impromptu trip to Greenville and I’m so glad I did. Heidi was so sweet and understanding and talked me through the whole process. I like to sew my own clothes, but I wasn’t naive enough to believe that I could sew or alter my own wedding dress. That said, I knew I wanted someone with experience – not just with alterations in general, but with the layers and layers of fussy fabric, fluffy tulle, and delicate lace you find on most wedding dresses.Enter Heidi – a literal sewing fairy godmother. The ABSOLUTE best!! My dress was butchered by a local alterations shop and Heidi graciously took on my disaster of a dress with very little time to fix it. She made my dress look amazing, exactly how I wanted it, and got it done in time! She is literally a miracle worker!!!!
