John at Sue's Alterations helped me during an unexpected family emergency, and I couldn't be more grateful. I purchased a suit on a Sunday for my mother-in-law's funeral and needed alterations completed before leaving town again on Tuesday. John took my call first thing Monday morning and was able to fit and alter the suit in less than 24 hours.
The suit fit perfectly, and his willingness to help on such short notice took a lot of stress off my family during a difficult time. Excellent workmanship, outstanding customer service, and a genuinely caring person. Thank you, John. Highly recommended.

My wife had surgery and was needing her body suit altered. She was only given 2 suits when she had the surgery. I called John, the owner and he answered the call on a Sunday night. I explained she needed the suits altered and he went out of his way to come in on his day off, on a major holiday just to help my wife out. He had the work done before she could get back with the money. He was very professional and very nice. Thank you again John!! You are the best around! From my wife and me we thank you so much for your time and kindness. Forever your customer!!!
