Biannual cleaning, great visit as usual

Tuesday June 2, appointment with Dr.Carlton's team. Dental Technician Angela was so focused and quickly assessed what was needed to reinsert my temporary crown and reschedule my semi annual teeth cleaning to the same day as my final crown installation. Thankful that I was seen so quickly! Thanks to everyone! 😊
Thursday 5/21/26 Emergency appointment with Dr. Eric Benfield & Dental technician Mallory at 8:30 a.m. qdue to a Crown breaking near my gum line. My original root canal was done in 1971, but I didn't get the tooth's crown installed till 1994 when the tooth broke. The crown lasted 32 years so it was was a good one. I was so grateful for Dr. Benfield & Mallory working me into their already busy schedule.
I had to have an extraction of the original tooth and a temporary bridge to fill the gap. Everything went well and as usual I was informed every step of my treatment. It will be 6 weeks of healing before I return to get the final bridge installed. I really appreciate Dr.Benfield offering me three treatment options in his treatment plan so I could pick the best one for me & the one most affordable for my budget. Front desk staff member Johnathan was able to facilitate my referral to an oral surgeon by Dr. Benfield for a biopsy and treatment needed by email. Thank you Johnathan!! ❤

12/29/25 Very disappointing visit today for my semi annual cleaning. I was originally scheduled for November 4th but I had to call the office to reschedule due to being hospitalized for a stroke. I asked the person at the office if it would be a problem with getting my teeth cleaned and was assured that it would be fine even though I was now on a blood thinner. Today the dental technician Andrea informed me that it is a practice policy that a patient must wait 6 months post stroke to be treated. I had called the office a second time to confirm my appointment in early December after a reminder call from them, and nothing was mentioned about such a policy. With all the reminders that are sent out by text you would think that they would have better communication procedures in place.☹
5/29/25 Installation of my final crowns & bridge today by Dr. Eric Benfield and Mallory. Perfect match of the finished product to my teeth. Extra care throughout my treatment to achieve maximum satisfaction with the end result. I am highly sensitive to cold and pain and I was never uncomfortable while being treated. Dr. Benfield and Mallory are perfectly aligned and happy to inform me of what to expect and keep me calm and involved with the steps that are necessary. This is the team you need to come to for your dental care. ♥️
5/14/25 Followup visit with Dr. Eric Benfield and his staff technician. I am in the midst of having a bridge done to repair two teeth injured April 7th. Everyone has been wonderful & explained every procedure in this process. I have always been fearful of the dentist so it is extremely important to be informed and to have such care taken with my needs. This is the best place I've ever found with a staff that makes it easy to keep my smile.
11/14/24 Followup visit for deep cleaning today by Clarissa. She took exceptional care to explain each step and was able to complete the job without causing me any discomfort. Highly recommend her for your dental needs.
10/31/24 Semi annual check up and everything was good! Especially the care of my dentist and dental technician. If you want to get the best care ever this practice is where you should come.

Luz and Dr. Ahmed made a very daunting expectation coming to my dental appointment the BEST experience! Got my cleaning and educated on receding gums and brushing more gently. I will definitely be more diligent in my oral care going forward.

I came in on short notice with a loose filling, and even though my regular dentist wasn’t available, the office got me an appointment within days. The dentist and his assistant were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They fixed the issue quickly and completely pain-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Dr Bloomquest is the best, he is the only dentist I have ever been to that has never hurt me. Always kind and patient with all my questions.

Efficient, courteous and Mallory did a very good job in fitting my new cap. She was pleasant and professional Very much recommended.

It is awesome to go somewhere they treat you like you actually matter. The dental work is professional, but they are so courteous and streamlined, you forget that it why you are there!
