“I bid 3 companies to encapsulate my crawl space Reps from two contractors took outside measurements and entered the crawl space a few yards and looked around. Angelo Gazzo with Encapsulation Professionals went in the crawl space and surveyed the entire space. In doing so, he noticed I had a broken drain pipe at the opposite end of the house that could not be seen from the crawl space door. The broken pipe was draining the kitchen sink and dishwasher into the space apparently for a long time. The other two contractors never saw it.

I asked Angelo about his experience and how he learned the trade and was impressed and satisfied that he could do the work. The quotes came in within a week and E. P. price higher above the mid-point between the other two contractors and his proposal and scope of work were detailed and easy to follow. He did exactly what he said he would do.

Considering Angelo's initial survey, calling out the broken pipe, experience, straight forward answers and my preference to trade with small local companies, I hired E.P. to do the work.

Every morning, Angelo texted me to say what time he would arrive for work. His hands knew what to do and went to work immediately. They were quiet and efficient and at the end of each day they cleaned up.

The work took three full days and is of excellent quality and materials.

I had a couple issues with the de-humidfier and sump pump that Angelo quickly resolved. Plain and simple, the customer comes first. He is a good businessman.

Regarding encapsulation, It's everything that is written. Over a month of tracking, The temp and humidity in the space is never below 61*F and between 31% and 40% R.H. I can also tell a difference in the living space.

All in all, hiring E.P was an excellent choice. Angelo does what he says and follows through no questions or excuses.“
