Called me promptly the next morning and said they would be at my house that afternoon after I was off work! Showed up on time as scheduled and quickly identified my issue and helped resolve it! Didn't pressure me like I was worried someone would to get a new unit. I know mines old. Fixed it to give me time to plan for one! ac went out and we got recommended eds and they came out and not only serviced the ac, but showed us how to clean the coils to keep it from overworking! they initially replaced the capacitor and when that didnt work they knew exactly what the problem was and quoted us for a compressor. very reasonable pricing, friendly and great techs, and megan on the phones customer service is impeccable! ed came all the way out elloree after hours to install the new compressor. we also noticed our home was humid so when asked about a dehumidifier system for the house, ed pointed out our drainline was underground and clogged up which was causing the increase in humidity. “i dont want... read full review
