As a result of childhood trauma at the dentist, I am always very anxious when arriving for dental work. I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience I had this week. Jackie assured me that Dr Cox was very gentle, she was 100% correct! I have never had the experience where I truly did not feel any pain or discomfort even when Dr Cox was administering the Novocain. If you have dental anxiety do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment with Dr Cox, you will not be disappointed and have healthy teeth as well.

Dr. Shepherd is a very skilled and competent dentist. Furthermore, Jeanette was so kind and empathetic to my needs. She not only cleaned my teeth. She educated me about good oral hygiene.
I was on a road trip when my son had a tooth issue come about. The team at Surfside Family Dentistry in South Carolina was absolutely incredible! They got us in immediately, were incredibly kind, and Dr. Meredith Cox, DMD gave us a good piece of mind. We felt so comfortable and well-taken care of even though we were far from home. Highly recommend.
