Our camper was in storage and delivered to our site where it sat for almost a week before we were able to make it down to the campground. Upon arrival at the campground and opening our camper, we discovered lots of palmetto bugs had made themselves at home!! I understand this is the Palmetto State, but I really didn’t want to share the tight confines of my camper with all these Palmetto bugs! It was late on a Friday afternoon when I contacted Lane’s and spoke to Tracy. I told her our situation and asked if they could get anyone out Saturday, but, unfortunately, they were not able to. Recently contacted Lane’s regarding some bugs we were seeing in our condo. Walked into the office on Tuesday, 11/12/24. The manager we talked to was able to positively identify the bugs & schedule us with a prompt visit 2 days later as a consultation.
Zach was assigned to come to our unit & he did an amazing job. Looked through every crack and crevice & was able to easily identify the “splatter” from the roaches in places that they may live. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable & answered all our questions regarding the treatment we would need, how the bugs survive and live, and what we should do to prevent them going forward after he... read full review
