I went over as a walk-in. The patient and kind team was able to help me, a new hearing aid user, clean and change the filter and earpiece. Yay! Thanks everyone so much. They simplified what felt, to me, complex.

We are on vacation in Myrtle Beach and realized we forgot my husbands hearing aid domes and filters . We went to the store to purchase and the lovely lady working gave us the filters and domes free of charge ..definitely went above and beyond what we expected !
