Triton was not the first Sumter based plumbing company I called. In fact, I called about of them throughout a weeks time. Not one company had the presence of mind to call me or text me back. (Yes, I texted them because he was directly referred to me) I found Triton Plumbing through Yelp, and a few other online searches. I don't typically read the good reviews as much as I do the bad ones, this helps paint a full picture of the company, I think. I couldn't find any bad reviews, however. I called Triton and within 3 rings, I was talking to Trey. We spoke for at least 15mins discussing my symptoms and troubleshooting steps I had gone through. Trey took my information, called me back the following day where we set an appointment. I explained that I live in Columbia and asked if he could give me a call an hour an a half prior to being at my rental house in Sumter. We agreed on a time frame to meet, and showed up as discussed.. (you can't even get the big cable companies to this). Trey walked the house, asking questions, gathering information. He found the problem and had my water volume problem fixed. While testing the faucets and such we found another problem (water was flowing out of the kitchen cabinet).. He quickly fixed this too.. I told Trey to keep this house in mind, because he will be my plumber for this house and any other house I decide to purchase in the Sumter area. Thank you for everything Trey.
