One of the best, unique, and overall great gym experiences you can find in the state. A hidden gym with pieces of equipment that you don’t find too often. Combined with a great aesthetic, culture and community. Highly recommend 10/10
Best gym in the area, without question. This is the place for anyone who is serious about their health and wants to get better everyday. The atmosphere is inviting and the members help push each other to be the best. Austin takes this serious and the gym reflects his passion.
Came to Sumter coming on two years ago having known no one in the area. I was keen to find a gym with an old school vibe and I came across the free weight gym. This has become my second home and I honestly don’t think I would have made it out here without this gym.
