Very nice staff. I've got to say. I was pretty nervous about going. Until I got in there. Such a positive vibe. I just loved the care at this eye center. The doctor was so understanding, polite and caring. Plus,very handsome if I may add. Ha. Thanks sincerely.
Help! It is very hard to get service at this Sumter location. They refuse to follow through with supporting information for the customer and pharmacy. They get an attitude quickly. Help! does anyone care about how people are being treated?
I almost didn't go to this doctor because of these awful reviews, but the bad reviews are nonsense. Dr. Goodson is the best eye doctor I've ever been to, and I've never had issues with the staff. I have a feeling all these bad reviews are fake and coming from one mad person.
