Patients have praised the positive and caring atmosphere, with the staff being described as very nice, efficient, and understanding. Despite some negative reviews, the majority of patients have had a very positive experience and consider the doctors to be the best they've ever visited.
Well what can I say other than I e had difficulty with the staff here. Last year they wanted me to pay but they filed my insurance incorrectly. This year they just stopped taking EyeMed. This was after I went there for an appt. They claimed they mailed me and my SO letters stating as much, but IMO they probably mailed one letter and called it a day. If it was me, I would seek another practice.
Very nice staff. I've got to say. I was pretty nervous about going. Until I got in there. Such a positive vibe. I just loved the care at this eye center. The doctor was so understanding, polite and caring. Plus,very handsome if I may add. Ha. Thanks sincerely.
Help! It is very hard to get service at this Sumter location. They refuse to follow through with supporting information for the customer and pharmacy. They get an attitude quickly. Help! does anyone care about how people are being treated?
