I am so appreciative for the kindness and professional service received from Tim. Our hvac was not cooling and we provided him with the education from troubleshooting. He set the expectation of his time or arrival and was able to detect the issue right away. Thankfully the part for the repair was on his truck. He made the repair completed a check of the outdoor unit and had us back cooling in record time. Thank you so much Tim for providing us with excellent service and a quick resolution! You rock!
