We had to get a new AC Unit and searched around for different companies. Found a local company (Professional Heating & Cooling) with better quality and pricing. The office staff was professional and addressed all our questions about what unit would be best for home. The master technician was very thorough and took his time in explaining the system's operation clearly and answered all our questions. The installers were on time, completed the job in a timely manner, and left the area clean. They did a fantastic job, and our home's temperature is more consistent than ever. We have had the unit for 7 years now with no problems.

I had to have my AC repaired or replaced. They gave me clear options. I chose to replace. Within a few days after my service call I had a new AC, thanks to their fast and friendly service.
I have been very pleased with the a/c unit that Presfessional Heating and Cooling installed and with the follow up maintenance. The customer service is great and the staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The technical service is professional, prompt and courteous. I've had to call them this holiday weekend when the a/c went out during 100 degree weather. Their emergency line had me in contact with a technician within 30 minutes who came out and resolved the problem. I highly recommend this company for any hvac needs!
