If I could give this medical practice no star I would. My mother experienced the same thing as many others. Katherine, the Nurse Practitioner and her nurse were slow to complete my dying mother’s request for a hospital bed, an additional home health care hours, my FMLA paperwork. Thank God, my wife used her medical knowledge to expedite the process. They wanted to bill my dying mother’s health insurance for an office visit despite the fact she was in hospice and she was seen by Katherine and her nurse several days before being placed on hospice.

Love, love, love Dr. Jordan! Office wait times are relatively short. But the office staff and the way the front office is run is another story. No one will ever answer the phone. You are required to leave a message with a promise of a call back. If you are lucky enough to get a call back, it will most likely be several days later. I have never received an apology for the lateness of a return call AND I get attitude from the caller if I express any dissatisfaction. This phone problem has been going on for years and I don't understand why their patients tolerate this kind of treatment. No other doctor's office I deal with operates in such a manner. If I could give them a 0 star, I would. I recently moved back to the states and needed a primary. I went to see Emily Miller P.A and the first visit was great, she sent me to get test done and sent me to see specialist. Fast forward, I completed my test and of course if you have the Prisma portal you know you usually get the test results within hours or two days max.I received my mammogram results, read them and left me with many questions. My first mammogram was done early May, I called the office left a message with the staff and they assured me she would call me back…. Days went by and no call.
