Olivia cut my hair and did an amazing job. I have really curly hair and have had bad experiences all over Sumter so I was nervous getting the cut. She did a great job, listened to what I wanted and my hair looks 10 times healthier than when I went in. She listened when I said I do not have the time or patience to do a tedious curly routine so she styled my hair in a way that I can maintain so my curls won't only look like this on salon day. Olivia will definitely be who I continue to go to. The salon itself if clean, inviting and although my wait was less than 5 minutes, they have the most comfortable chairs to wait in. Lizzie is incredible!!! I had a hair-tastrophe from another salon and, once I explained my nightmare, she knew exactly which stylist to put me with to fix what I didn’t think could be fixed. (I was seen THAT VERY DAY, no waiting!!!!) Boy!!! Was I impressed! Lizzie connected me with Lynn and in about 15 minutes I went from ultra shabby to mega chic and I LOVE IT!!! That was a few weeks ago…. Fast forward a few weeks….Just a few moments ago, I called and had the craziest request and definitely felt a little awkward asking, but once again, Lizzie was there to make me feel heard and not sound as crazy as I felt asking for the service I was requesting!
