Saw this vehicle on US-17 south between McClellanville and Mount Pleasant the afternoon of 5/21/20. Road was wet. Driver was speeding, stayed in the passing lane except when passing on the right. Twice, passenger cars in the left lane had to brake as he cut back in front of them.
