I always go to Abby at the Great Clips in Sumter, SC. The store is always clean, and Abby makes me feel welcome ... she does exactly what I ask, and makes me look great! She's professional, polite, very personable, and pleasant! Abby is the best!

I've been going to the gateway plaza great clips for 6 years 2x a month and Shenoa, Abby, Taryn, Adeline and the others are always nothing short of amazing. Even when there has been an issue, its always been handled professionally and without any problem. Corporate could lower the price for a simple haircut a bit but overall I highly recommend!!

Needed a haircut for myself and my son. We were able to get right in, which was surprising. My son is handicapped and in a wheel chair, but the stylist did a great job. I can't remember his name, but i will update later. He was very patient and was talking to my son during the haircut. He did a fantastic job and made it a very pleasant experience for my son. Highly recommend this location, and will definitely return in the future.
