Upon entering this establishing I was greeted. I then explain the problem with myself phone to him. He informed me that he can make the repair and have it done by Wednesday. He was very knowledgeable of the type of phone I had and promptly ordered the part that was needed. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs their screens repaired on their cell phone.
I was thrilled with the professionalism, knowledge and quick service I received!! iPad screen replaced in under 1 hour. Austin was awesome, will definitely return, the customer service was top tier!!
The customer service is a top-notch although I don’t like the warranty policy on my recently replaced screen protector. It is not the stores fault but they were super helpful and super nice and I will go there again when I need their services.
