They did an amazing job! I placed an SD card in my Samsung Z Fold sim slot and couldn't get it out. I went to a shop in Florence and was told that they couldn't do it. I just happened to be in Sumter a few days later and stopped in. The specialist looked at the phone, did some quick research and confirmed that they could get it out. The service was very reasonably priced and because they had several orders they had it ready for pickup the next day.
When I needed them, they delivered on their promise. I will be back for any other repair needs.
My phone screen broke in a middle of busy workday where phone communication is so crucial. Not only, CPR did a fantastic job fixing my phone, they did in such a timely manner that I didn’t have to disrupt my schedule or call back up. That was on 04/15/26. Strongly recommended!
