Wonderful service! Everyone I have dealt with has been very friendly and knowledgeable. They got to me very quickly and addressed all of my concerns and more. I highly recommend these folks!!

Brian Hartsell came out today (Sunday).The pilot light on my gas logs had gone out last night. He was able to relight it for me and made sure everything else was fine with them. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely call him again if I have problems with my HVAC system.

I explained my situation to the kind woman on the phone the other afternoon.I was desperate for heat as the night would be 31 degrees again, and my heat had been out all nightEven though it was late afternoon and all her techs were in calls already, she told me she would contact all of them and see who could help me.Chris was at my home within an hour from my call. He found the problem was my thermostat wiring, fixed it, and even went the extra to go up into my attic and found a small duct air leak and fixed that as well.I could not have asked for better service.Chris rocks!!!I chose this company because they had replaced an air conditioning unit for my son the previous...read full review
