This was my first time ever going to a wash wizard. I am just moving to Charleston, South Carolina. The manager here his name is Devon. He was incredibly helpful when I pulled in I explained I drive hundreds of miles a day for a living and there were a lot of bugs on my car before they did the sealant I wanted him to be sure all the bugs got off. Not only did he do a great job, but there was a few spots that needed to be touched up after and he personally went out there and did it without me, even asking or even noticing the spots myself I don’t know who owns this establishment, but I highly recommend you promoting and rewarding. I don’t know why but this specific location for some reason lately has had my car stopping randomly during the wash, and it’s been twice in a row this has happened, the wash doesn’t dry the front of the car at all so now I’m left with spots all over the place and a slush of whatever in the front of my vehicle. The rags have debris all the time on them as well so that’s not good either. The response is fair but there are still inconsistencies with the rags.
