Walmart Vision & Glasses is a convenient one-stop-shop for eye exams, affordable prescription glasses, and contact lenses. The staff is fantastic, great, super sweet, and helpful, providing exceptional customer service. The eye doctor is amazing, very nice, and treats customers like family. Staff members are thoughtful, concerned, and go above and beyond, offering helpful advice. They provide top brands at low prices with great value. The service is excellent, with staff noted for being extremely kind and patient. It is a reliable place for vision care essentials, whether in the store or online.
I’ve been going here for four years now every January I get a new pair the same girls work there and they are really good at what they do and really kind. I’m the first one to leave a bad review if the service or the product is bad believe me when I tell you this you can probably search my other reviews and see I’m not lying so I don’t understand where they have a 3.4 or any negative comments because I can’t see these girls doing anything besides their best effort. I have no affiliation to them I don’t have to say this I’m just saying it because I just got my fourth pair of glasses in four years and I’m extremely happy and I’ve never had a bad experience...read full review
Traveling and I tore a contact lens. Of course I left my glasses at home! In a panic, ran in to this location and they were absolutely fantastic. Everyone was thoughtful, concerned. Took care of me with a sample lens and got me on my way.
I love to share when customer service is excellent. All the ladies at this location were great. Excellent at remembering names. Carmen however was my personal favorite. Extremely kind and patient.
