First off it was my first time there! Customer service was 100! Exam was easy and simple. They explained everything and the ophthalmologist answered all my questions! Everyone was so nice! Got both my pairs of glasses within the hour! I could see so much more clearly! Glasses are also great quality as well!
Everything went great until it was time for me to take my glasses and leave bc it's same day service, right? No not right, they didn't have my lens in stock so of course same day service turns into 2 weeks. I just don't understand how you can advertise same day service and not be fully stocked
They gave me a price with out asking about health insurance, and when I asked about the insurance they informed me it's only on the one pair of glasses not on the two pair deal. So I took the one pair off each of my three kids. They turned around and charged me more for one pair with insurance then the two.
They fixed it back to the two pairs, what was a 1 star review became a four star. Thank you
