I called for about my case this morning to see if I could sue Kaplan on contingency for their data breach because one or more of my information was accessed and taken from their company and its was primarily my social security number. I spoke to a woman and she was very nice and polite in the beginning and then I waited for a call back which I never got instead I got a text explaining to look for the letter from Kaplan about the data breach and if my information was accessed but I told him already that I got the letter and I want to sue them or join this class action lawsuit. After I had mentioned that I got the letter already and that they only offered identity monitoring for a year (i thought that was messed up since they let me # get out in the first place) and the guy never responded after that. I guess they don't care and treat other customers like this. Very disappointed in them because honestly I felt like they were going to be great and be able to help me and turns around they just ignore you and don't even bother helping you. I guess you have to pay up front to get any sort of answers from them before they'll even help you..
