We came home from dinner on Saturday night to find that our water heater had cracked and leaked all over the garage. Mike came out on Sunday morning to take a look and give us an estimate. By 11:30 Monday morning, Mike had installed the new water heater. Could have been sooner if we were willing to accept a lesser unit.

We had an issue with our Rinnai tankless water heater in the morning. Called Mike and he was able to come that afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a quality repair, had the spare parts in his truck, for a good price. And quite a few good tips to improve the life of our unit. Very satisfied, I can only recommend him.
