This was my first visit to Sport Clips. The store was clean, organized, the people that worked there were friendly, smiled and got along well with each other. Their behavior made it a pleasure to be there.
Tony was the person who cut my hair. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, helpful, listened to how I wanted my hair cut and delivered.
I was impressed by his ability to listen and focus and his maturity for his age.

The first and last time we will ever step foot in a Sports Clip. Absolutely the worst customer service we've ever experienced... Three stylist Zero customers No one acknowledged us. NO ONE said hello or Can we help you. I mentioned this was our first time coming in. COMPLETELY ignored me. I cant even comprehend that kind of behavior at any establishment. All three stylist were having a full on conversation while we sat there. Didn't take us long to figure out we will not spend our money there.

Basically shaved my head after asking for a fade. Went to another place to fix but still ended up with basically a shaved head and paying twice for a crappy haircut.

For the second time in a row, I've scheduled in advance, keep an eye on the ever shifting further out schedule online, and time it to be there in 5 minutes before the freshly updated time table. To only arrive on time and be greeted by a new 48 minute wait. There is no winning.
I'm not sure if it's corporate policy, willful neglect, or targeting, but across 5 states this is the only shop I've experienced such abrupt shenanigans. Especially during a work day around lunch.
You're clearly doing fine with the customers you have. I'm out.

Worst place to get a haircut. The good barbers are pushed out by rushing jobs and commercialism! Almost every time I go in they mess up my hair. Only one or two barbers were good enough to make it right and apparently they were pushed out! For as much as it costs to get a haircut there it shouldn't be messed up and fixed every time!!! I had to shave my beard because the barber went lower than they were asked! I am very displeased and frankly tired of it! After this I will be taking my business elsewhere and suggesting that you all do the same!

Kept adding to my “7 min” wait time after checking in. Was there for over an hour, walked out after they added 55 min with no hair cut

Tiffany when you get off of work tonight I hope you go have a beer with your girlfriends and laugh about this haircut and how much it is not what I asked for, because I'm laughing, my family is going to laugh, friends and coworkers are going to laugh when I show them the picture I showed you and then pull off my hat and show them what I ended up with, lol!!! You really have to enjoy when things go wrong and marvel at how silly we humans are or else you'll be really miserable.
