**UPDATE: Nichole has been as awesome as I thought she would be. We just had our first guests leave, so the house needed to be turned over for the next guest arriving later that day. She arrived at the house on time and took the care of giving the place a fantastic cleaning job and resetting the house for the next guest. She even sent me pics of the place after she'd finished. And I received rave reviews from the new guest about the cleanliness of the house.
