I needed to get some flea meds for our cats and found this place close by. I think this place is fairly new and it had quite an array of selections for all sorts of pets. They had a professional bathing section and an aisle of cute bunnies and rabbits. The lady that helped me was very informative and knew her stuff. She got me signed up for their rewards and told me about some holiday deals. I do think their prices are a bit steep, especially for cat snacks and the flea meds I’ve seen on Amazon for cheaper but I get it. I really did like their variety of cat snacks and toys so I grabbed a couple of those items as well. Nice people, nice pet store.

I like this store! The selection of dog toys and dog food is really good and they have good prices! I will say though it seems like the management needs better customer service training.. they lack a certain type of friendliness and just seem to not enjoy being there that much. The older blonde woman, I don't know her name but I did hear her speaking to staff with a condescending tone which isn't helpful for their growth. I did however have a good interaction with Megan I think her name was. She helped me find the specific dog food I needed and she was nice. Thanks Megan!

I have lived in the area for almost two years. I have tried all of the different dog washes around, especially when the prices went up a little bit (like everywhere!). The extra $2-5 to go to Pet Super Market over going to any competitor in the area is worth it and then some. The bath area is ALWAYS clean!!! The store is ALWAYS clean! It doesn't smell like a pet store in there. The staff is always friendly and greets you when you walk in the door. I chatted with the manager, Sarah, to compliment her on my last visit because I appreciate them so much.
